Raphael Shabtai threatens customer in voice message

I found this from a customer named Tammy who was scammed out of over $8000 in 2019. You can read her review Here. I had the same experience with Raphael Shabtai which shows he hasn't changed at all in all these years. He first makes a threat to sue for slander then resorts to more empty threats and insults:

According to Tammy, this is what Raphael said in the voice message, "Stop harassing me on my F****** facebook, you B****. If you wanna F*** with me, I'll F*** with you and you'll be sorry that you ever F****** met me. So don't F****** harass me. You hear me?"
