Over 100 New Videos In Less Than A Month...

You can tell TDW Closeouts is desperate for more customers to cheat and scam. It's getting harder for them to mislead potential customers when there are so many blogs and honest reviews exposing them.

In the past month they have released over 100 short videos on their Youtube channel! It's sad that they would rather waste all this money on false advertising than saving themselves the trouble by being honest from the beginning. In some of these videos they claim that they have "many happy customers from around the world". Do they expect people to believe that not a single one of these happy customers has ever taken the time to post a review? Who would believe that when every review that can be found on the internet is negative? It's clear TDW hasn't put much thought into these videos.

Three Chances

The following customer made three attempts with TDW Closeouts and was misled and lied to in every case.

F Rating to B??

If you take a look at the Better Business Bureau TDW now has a B rating. The Better Business Bureau deletes reviews older than three years and considers the complaint "resolved" if the person doesn't respond after the initial posting. You can still see their previous rating on Google's Cache page from January 30th. Somehow TDW went from a F to a B in less than two months.

New Complaint, Same Scam

What most of these complaints have in common is that the customer was promised closeout/shell-pulls but instead received damaged returns and salvage. If you contact TDW Closeouts the owner would completely deny ever making these guarantees or promises. Have a look at the latest complaint on BBB:

"Was told merchandise was discontinued stock and shelf pulls. It was not on 1/7/2014 we went to tdw. Told sales person we did not want returned merchandise, we were told we were buying discontinued and shelf pulled merchandise. $1100 for one pallet. We unpacked the pallet to find store returns, broken, and stained and incomplete merchandise.

When I called to complain, I was told that yes, the pallet contained returns. Even though we told them while we were there, we were not interested in returns. Now they said yes, there are returns in that load. It was all junk, much of it was thrown out and we repaired what we could. Not a chance of making our money back. While talking to them, they just kept asking the same questions over and over no matter how many times I answered them. I got the impression they considered me a nuisance. I would never do business with them again, under any circumstance."
